Graduate & Intern Programs 2023

The Elbin Capital & Insurance Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational experience mixed with projects, on the job learning and international exposure from across our business and functions.

Our Internship programme immerses you in one area of our business for the duration, and provides you with ample opportunities to learn about our business and the industry.

With some structure and management support, we are looking for self-starters who can help run, change and grow our business. Key attributes will include an emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, resilience with both an agile and collaborative mindset, while being able to thrive in an environment of accelerating change and complexity.

Our constant transformation to deliver our client promise may not suit everyone.  So, if you are more inclined to take a very structured approach to your early career, perhaps we are not quite ready for you!  But, if you are looking for a place to grow your career where you take the lead, then please apply for our 2023 Graduate programme here, our UK Summer Internships here, or our European Internships here.

Our ambition is to employ a small number of Interns and Graduates in 2023.

UK Interns will start on 3rd July 2023 for an 8-week summer internship and internships in Europe will have a flexible start date for a period of 3 – 6 months.  If you are applying for an internship in Europe, you will have the opportunity to tell us about your preferences on dates and length of internship on the application form.

Our Graduates will start in early September for a 24 month rotational programme.

Please note, our application window will close end of business (1800hrs CET) on 24th March 2023.
